No Mere Mortal Can Resist The Evil of... THE THRILLER!
Darkness falls across the land
The midnight hour is close at hand
Creatures crawl in search of blood
To terrorize your neighbourhood
The next big PartyPaloozaNW Costume Party will be held on
Saturday, October 25th, 2008, at 8:00 pm! Since this year marks
the 25th Anniversary of Michael Jackson's Thriller video, we've
decided that this year's theme will be... ZOMBIES!
Come dressed as a zanny Zombie, ghastly Ghoul, ghoulish Ghost,
vampish Vampire, mavish Monster, frightful Frankenstein, marvelous
Mummy or whacky Witch! If it's evil, bring it on!
Actually, we don't care if you dress for the theme! Since this IS
a Halloween Party, come dressed in whatever type of costume you
want! Be creative! Be bold! Be in costume!
And whosoever shall be found
Without the soul for "getting down"
Must stand and face the hounds of hell
And rot inside a corpse’s shell
Suz will make a batch of her famously dangerous rum punch and
asks that everyone bring a plate of appetizers to share and their
own beer, wine and poison of choice.
Bring along your undead friends! We are inviting Tim's Southend
Live Music group to join us as well as Burners, Zombies, GMPers and
other friends we have met along the way. As long as they have a fun
party attitude, bring 'em!
Please make sure everyone in your hearse is 21+. We will have
security at the door checking ID.
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grisly ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
We will be requesting a $5 donation per person at the door which
will be donated to ROOTS (Rising Out Of the Shadows) (http:
//rootsinfo.org/) a homeless shelter for teens and young adults, on
behalf of our friend Kumar Cunchala.
Of course we'll have costume contest prizes! If you or your company
has a prize you would like to donate to the party, let us know!
We may also have the Seattle Thrillers (http://SeattleThrillers.com)
perform their Thriller Dance for us!
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts… to shiver
